Students, Faculty and Staff Show their Spirit for FIU’s 2012 Homecoming

hc1Blue and gold ornaments and Panther paraphernalia were dawned by every wall and door in the Dietetics & Nutrition office at the Robert Stempel College of Public Health & Social Work.  Thanks to student artists and Student Dietetics Association members, Andrea Dueñas, Miguel Gonzalez, Juan Guzman, Raymond Negron, and Chris Salgado the College was both prideful and well-represented in this year’s homecoming office decorating contest.

In addition, Interim Dean Michele Ciccazzo led a brigade of roaring panthers – and some cubs too – representing the College.  Students from the Phi Alpha Honor Society, Student Dietetics Association, and Phi Alpha Honor Society, as well as faculty, staff and family were on hand to show their spirit and support of the FIU Panthers who took on Middle Tennessee on Saturday, October 13, 2012.  A very special thank you to the College’s Alumni from the Miami-Dade Health Department who were also in attendance cheering on their alma mater.
