Please join Stempel College for the 2017-2018 Psychiatry and Psychology Grand Rounds, hosted by our very own dean and professor of Environmental Health Sciences, Dr. Tomàs R. Guilarte! This event will advise medical professionals and students of the newest clinical research, while inspiring better patient care and strengthening medical knowledge.
Dean Guilarte will discuss his research in “Early Life Lead Exposure and Schizophrenia: An Environmental Model of NMDA Receptor Hypofunction,” which published in Biological Psychiatry Journal.
This event is open to all community physicians, house staff, physician assistants, advanced nurse practitioners and licensed psychologists. Citrus Health Network is non-profit community mental health center dedicated to serving mentally ill individuals and their families.
